Received the wrong order after a month of waiting for my order. BEWARE. Do not buy from this company. They have still not responded with requests to receive the correct order.

Same problem everyone else seems to…

Same problem everyone else seems to have had.
1. No communication, but seems like with these kinds of insta companies that's not always uncommon. I emailed twice with zero response after not getting my shirt in time for a holiday.
2. Delays. Received my shirt weeks after it was supposed to arrive. Covid delays, ok, forgivable.
3. There is a mark from the iron press or whatever. So there is a big square outline that looks like a burn or... ink or oil or something and it makes a large square in the front of the shirt that looks dirty/burnt. Terrible. No response yet from customer service.

Recently ordered shirts for Easter

Recently ordered shirts for Easter. After the first wash of my daughters shirt, the ink from the print bled over the shirt and caused some discoloration. I reached out to the customer service department and notified them what happened and they immediately sent out a new shirt and apologized for the issue with the print. Quick response, quick resolution, and polite employee!

Poor quality

Poor quality. The burning square print of the iron is on the shirt, so there's a freaking lighter color square on the middle of the shirt. Unbearable. Will not buy again and will not recommend. Waste of time and money.

Very frustrated with the lack of communication after trying to get ahold of someone. If I would have known it would have taken a month to receive one item (with no email or any idea what was going on, I can be patient with covid etc) I would have never ordered! Strive to keep your customers in the loop! If I would have gotten some feedback about delays etc I would not be leaving this review. Do not recommend.

I waffled between 2 and 3 stars

I waffled between 2 and 3 stars.
On one hand: I love supporting small.
On the other hand: as a small company, you would hope that they have a little bit more attention to the customer. This was not the case.
I bought a 'Girl Dad' tshirt as a gift. There is a picture of a man with a gray shirt with black lettering directly next to where you purchase it and pick your colors. I liked the picture they showed so I picked the only grey color there was offered...and black letters. When I got the shirt it wasn't even the same gray (it was super dark) which would be ok except you couldn't see the letters...at all. If you were a 'family run business' that would imply you are a hands on kind of place. If you were making a shirt that it was OBVIOUS you couldn't even read the letters wouldn't you reach out to the customer and tell them this? Instead you basically sent me a gray shirt--for 30 bucks. Did I mention? You literally can't see the lettering. Your website/purchase layout implies that the gray shirt is the color gray shirt you are going to get. If there were more than one gray--why wouldn't you indicate this or supply a color swatch of what you offer? It boils down to this: Why in the world would I order a shirt and lettering THAT YOU CAN'T SEE? Epic present fail. Thanks Aspen & Company, Happy Holidays.

Never received my order

Never received my order. Contacted customer service multiple times with no response but they confused to post on their social media daily. Many others in the comments posted the same issue. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Many other small shops to buy from with same products.

Different materials with different orders

I ordered the mama and babe sweater and onesie and I received it quickly and I LOVED the sweater, it was super soft and comfy! I ordered two more sweaters the next day because I loved it so much. It took over a month to ship but when I emailed to ask about it I received an automatic reply that said they were a small business and were trying to keep up with the orders, so I wasn’t upset about the time it took to send. When I finally received my sweatshirts they were NOT the same materials the mama sweatshirt. The sweatshirts I received were super stiff and uncomfortable, I would return if it didn’t take so long. I wish I would have known they use different materials for different things, I would not have purchased the two sweatshirts. The designs are so cute so I wish I liked them but unfortunately I probably will not ever wear them, which is a shame for the price I paid for them.

Giving an apology email, doesn’t hit right if a company still isn’t transparent about shipping times.

I’d appreciate their message they put on their social media, if it was followed with action. I’ve been trying to cancel an order for 3 weeks now with no replies. Self accountability is great, only if it’s followed with action. I hope this is a learning lesson that all the customer wants is some transparency. If they are 6 weeks behind in orders, be obnoxiously honest and tell us all that.
A message apologizing with no actual timeline, and also not admitting to how far they’re actually behind doesn’t feel authentic to us as a customer base. I’m genuinely convinced the people leaving good reviews are just family and friends of the owner.
Take this as a learning opportunity and just do better. We just want more clear shipping dates, and we wouldn’t even expect an apology. Be honest with us.

We are all in this together!

I'm truly in awe by the amount of hateful and negative ratings about this site over the past couple of weeks. I ordered something back on September 17th and it has not shipped yet and that is okay. We are in a global pandemic and this is a small, family run shop just trying to keep up. I know we are all so entitled and so used to amazon being able to get us our orders in 1-2 days but come on people.... I realize it is frustrating to order something for an event and not have it come in time or read 2-3 weeks shipping estimate and then get pissed when it doesn't come. I have also been there but when I watched her Instagram update on why the orders are delayed you really realize that these are real people, during a real pandemic, just trying to do their best to please the unpleasable. They are being bombarded with emails and while it sucks to feel like you are being ignored, have a little compassion for people. We are all in this crazy time together just trying to do our best. I am happy to wait for my order and happy to continue to support small businesses even in hard times.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I put in two orders over a month ago and have yet to receive it or any shipping notification or any communication. I sent a message to the customer service about my order, a week later I got what was basically an automated response that basically had ZERO helpful information and sounded like a fake excuse. It has been two weeks since they sent that and I still have not heard anything about my order. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Horrible

Horrible, never shipped, no communication
I placed an order on 9/8, now 34 days later I still have not received the item. I did get some communication that she is working 90 hours/week and blah blah blah. Now I'm told it is another 30 days to potentially get a refund. It feels like a SCAM.
